We have an unwavering commitment to providing the best telephone triage service out there. 

During your 30-day free trial, you and your patients will receive the full VIP treatment. This VIP treatment is what we deliver every day to our current 500 plus providers and their patients... we'll settle for nothing less. 

Your patients will be speaking with some amazing registered nurses! Our nurses come from all across the country and bring with them years of clinical experience. In fact, we require that our nurses have at least 2 years' clinical experience in Women's Health, however, all our nurses have far above and beyond that! All totaled, Exclusively RNs has over 100 years combined experience in OB/GYN... we know our stuff. 

You'll have digital access to our protocol library! Our protocols are women's health specific and, of course, we follow ACOG standards of care. Our nurses utilize these protocols while speaking with your patients. They'll document their patient encounter and we'll provide you with a detailed report outlining the patient's complaint, associated symptoms, treatment recommendations and the outcome of the call. 

We'll then give you access to our customized, state-of the-art secure and encrypted EMR where you can access your patient reports. Everything will be ready for you by 1000, Mountain Time Zone, the following business day.

Since we cover calls through the night, we do have a handful of hours that our service is closed. 

Our phone lines are closed Monday-Thursday 1000-1500 & Friday 1000-1100, Mountain Time Zone. If a call comes in during these times, we do not have nurses staffed to handle the call, but we'll take a message for you and send it your way.

If you have an emergency that closes the office like inclement weather or a power outage or phone system failure when we are closed.... contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best to lend a hand. 

 
Please provided us with a list of all providers, including mid-level providers, that are in your office. *

Before we can take calls, we’ll need a digital form completed for each of your providers. This form includes their contact information and approval of our protocol set.

It doesn't happen very often that we need to contact the on call provider (we routinely resolve over 99% of all incoming calls without provider intervention), but sometimes  it happens. 

So you are in the know about expectations, we'll ask for support from the on call provider for:

a) patients who demand to speak directly to the on call provider;

b) any event requiring medication authorization or issue of prescription, not including  standing medication orders, that Exclusively RNs deems is necessary for patient care prior to the office opening, and

c) any situation where Exclusively RNs believes the on call provider should immediately be informed.

Our free trial period extends from May 15th-October 1st.  Because we know your office will be closed, we'll cover Memorial Day, 4th of July and/or Labor Day at no additional cost to you if those dates fall within your trial period.

We can cover any consecutive 30 days... whatever works the best for your practice.

Let's get some of the legal stuff out of the way.

 
Trial Period *

You're getting one free, no strings attached, 30-day trial!

After your 30-day free trial period there is no obligation to continue services with Exclusively RNs, however, we would hate to see you leave and would be honored to work with you and the practice long term. 

Service after the trial period does require a contract.
     
 
Providing Service *

We can only provide service to the providers in your office once they have completed their digital protocol approval and contact information form.

If you have a colleague that would like to take us tor a test drive too, we'd be happy to set them up with their own free trial period.
     
 
EMR and Protecting Patient Information *

We'll give you access to our EMR and your patient records.

We know that the information we obtain is confidential. We promise to protect & secure your patient information. We have sophisticated security and encryption to make sure that we are in compliance with HIPAA and HITECH requirements. In addition, Exclusively RNs recognizes the following principle objectives of the  Security Rule as set forth in §160.306(a):
  
1. Ensure the confidentiality, integrity, and availability of all its ePHI (electronic patient health information). 

2. Protect against any reasonably anticipated threats or hazards of its ePHI. 

3. Protect against any reasonably anticipated uses or disclosures of ePHI not permitted or required under the Privacy Rule (“PR”), which shall mean the Standards for Privacy of Individually Identifiable Health Information at 45 C.F.R. Part §160 and Part §164, Subparts A and E. 

4. Ensure its workforce complies with the Security Rule.

Exclusively RNs shall comply with Administrative Safeguards (“AS”)    §164.308, including the Technical Standards (“TS”) in §164.308(a) and the Business Standards (“BS”) in §164.308(b).
     
 
Answering Calls Live/Voicemail Messages *

Answering live means that when your patient enters into our phone system, their call is answered by a registered nurse... no middle man... no answering service. Your patient will receive immediate answers to their questions, be provided with the appropriate teaching, comfort measures, over-the-counter medication options and prescription medication options, if applicable.  

We do our best to answer all calls live, however, sometimes patients will need to leave a voicemail for a return call.
     
 
Administrative/Non-Triage Calls *

There are times patients call to schedule or cancel an appointment or have a billing or an insurance question. If a patient leaves a voice message with one of these concerns we won't call the patient back, but will make a note that will be available with your patient reports.
     
 
Just a bit more legal information, you're almost done! *

Liability Insurance: Exclusively RNs and The Practice agree to individually provide general and professional liability insurance covering their own actions.   Each party further agree to notify the other party in the event of the lapse or cancellation of coverage or liability limits. Relationship: The relationship between Exclusively RNs and The Practice shall not be deemed or considered that of a partnership or joint venture. Indemnification: The Practice shall defend, indemnify and hold harmless Exclusively RNs, its subsidiaries and parent company and all of the foregoing entities’ agents, directors, officers, insurers, employees and independent contractors (collectively the “Indemnitees”) against all claims, demands and judgments for damages, costs (including attorney’s fees and/or litigation expenses through trial and appeal), and fines made or recovered against an Indemnitee for any of the following caused by The Practice or any services provided by The Practice: a) bodily injury or death to any person or property damage; b) violation of third-party intellectual property rights; or c) violation of any law or breach of this Agreement.  Exclusively RNs shall promptly notify The Practice in writing of any claim and cooperate in the defense. Force Majeure: No party shall be liable for any failure to perform its obligations in connection with any action described in this Agreement, if such failure results from any act of God, riot, war, civil unrest, flood, earthquake, or any other cause beyond such party’s reasonable control (including mechanical, electronic, or communications failure, but excluding failure caused by a party’s financial condition or negligence). Governed: This agreement and the provider protocol approval and contact information form shall be interpreted and governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. Jurisdiction for litigation of any dispute, controversy or claim arising out of or in connection with this agreement, or the breach thereof shall be only in the Federal or the State Court with competent jurisdiction located in the State of Colorado.
